Headquarteris situated in Australia. It mainly manufactures equipments that are required in agriculturalsector. Being one of the oldest organizations in the industry, it possesses a huge workforcewith approximately 8000 employees. It offers its services to more than one million consumersevery year. The objective of the organization is to earn huge profit by providing qualityservice to the large number of consumers. It has led them to embrace modern techniques thatcan support the growth of the organization. However, the organization is going through to arough patch due to various communication issues, which may work as a weak link for theorganization. The following article has enlightened various aspects of the organization and it hasdiscussed about the issues within the organizational structure that can be harmful for thegrowth of the organization. The article aims at providing a vivid idea about the impact oforganizational issues in organizational development and the way to overcome these issues. Importance of Communication in Business Organization:Effective communication is an integral part of the organizational structure in recenttime (Harmon, Green & Goodnight, 2015). The success of the business organizations ishighly dependent on the communication structure of the organization (Lewis et al., 2017). Itsupports the holistic growth of the organization.

Thus, in this scenario it is difficultfor the organizations to survive in isolation. They need to communicate within theorganization and external environment as well. It influences the performance of the managersalso who operates the business organization. By effective interaction with the team members,managers can easily identify the weak and strength of his subordinates and apply it accordingto the requirement of the organization (Cornelissen & Cornelissen, 2017). At the same time,effective communication helps the organization to identify whether the organizationalstrategy is working appropriately or not and employees have adopted all the organizationalpolicies or not. Management can easily obtain the feedback of the employees about theorganizational structure. It will provide a sense of importance among the employees. They

Communication is often used as akey instrument to raise the morale of the employees (Heath & Isbell, 2015). Employers caneasily share their vision mission with the employees by using this instrument, which willbuild a strong relation between the employee and employers and it will be beneficial for theorganization to earn desired target (Bartel, Baldi & Dukerich, 2016). Otherwise, it will bedifficult for them to survive in this competitive era.Communication Issues of the Multinational Company:The previously mentioned multinational company is experiencing severalcommunication challenges due to lack of effective communication structure and strategy. Ithas put significant impact on the organizational performance and profit margin. The keyissues that are being faced by the organization are-Communication Gap between the Employees and Clients:Although, the organizational structure is designed efficient manner to provide qualityservice to the consumers, a communication gap remains between the employees of theorganization and clients, which are harmful for the organizational and employee’sperformance. Employees are the key elements of the business organization (Zwijze-Koning,2016). Efficient performance of the employees stimulates the growth of the company in asignificant manner. The market condition has become more complex recently. It is importantfor the organizational authority to motivate its employees to work as a team to earn theorganizational goal (van Osch, Steinfield & Balogh, 2015). However, in this scenario,employees of this organization are not in friendly terms with each other. There is a lack ofcommunication between the employees. Eventually it puts negative impact on the teamworkand organizational performance. At the same time, interactive relation is not maintainedbetween the employees, the clients, and other external stakeholders as well, which restrictsthe growth of the organization.
