INTRODUCTIONHealth is always considered as an important issues for the life of people. It is rightly saidthat 'A healthy mind reside in healthy body' so it is very important to keep oneself disease free sothat a proper health will be maintain. In order to ensure that no person shall face any kind ofhealth related issues, there are many initiative taken by government and the organisation as well.It has been seen that there are many institution like hospitals are established so that a proper aidwill be given to people who are facing any health issue. As a separate health care organisation isbeing established then a proper management shall be recruited fro such institution so that thework carried out by health care department will be proper(Munn-Giddings, Winter, 2013). Thefollowing project shall cover all the important aspect of health and social care organisation withrecruitment process and strategies used in there. The aim of the project is to establish a betterunderstanding about the management carried out within health and social care organisation.TASK 11.1operational and strategical factors for recruitment in health and social careThere are many factors which a person from human resource department shall considerwhile recruiting a new employee for health and social care. For an example application of job can be posted on to thevarious online websites(Valentine, Nembhard, IEdmondson, 2015). It can be pasted on to thepublic notice board so that number of people will come to know about vacancy and accordinglythey can applyMulti step interview approach- with the application of multi step interview a section process canbe conducted at its best level. By this process an interview is being conducted on various stepslike conducting an aptitude test and then a face to face interview. This strategy is being used inorder to filter all the job applicants in Alliance health and to choose the best.1.3key legislations for selecting an individual in health and social care organisationLaws and legislation plays a very important role in society. There are many laws andregulation which has been implemented by government to ensure that the rights of a particularare saved. In the same manner there are certain laws which has been implemented bygovernment for recruitment in health and social care organisation so that correct or right

individual shall get selected for same(Rodin, 2014). For an example Alliance health caredepartment while making a selection of an individual , considered few legislation so thatrecruitment shall be done at best.While selecting an individual the very first thing which need to be carried out that theperson selected is not unsound mind that is the shall not be lunacy or at the stage ofinsanity. The mind status of an individual shall be stable so that he will be able to workbetterthe person should not be minor that is the person selected for health and social careshould be above 18 years. It is prohibited by law to give employment to the minors.The person should not be insolvent tat it all his debts should be clear before joining theorganisation. Any person who is insolvent will not be eligible for job.TASK 22.1theories for interaction of an individual in teamThere are various kinds of theories which has been adopted by health and social careorganisation like Alliance health care for interaction of an individual while working in a team.These theories are:-storming- in this kind of theory when a person or an individual works in a team then he has putdifferent kind of idea for the task given to team(Antheunis, Tates, Nieboer, 2013). When the ideais being proposed by an individual then a relationship shall be established between a individualan the team membersForming- in this kind of theory when the task has been allocated to team member then each teammember has to work independently on the task and have to trust another. By this application anindividual shall try to get involved in team and interact with people.Norming- by this application a harmonious practice shall be carried out by an individual towardsits team and then a level of interaction will be established.
