2ASSESSMENT 22. Part Two2.1 Learning CyclesThis part states to design learning cycle table with including each team member withaccounting teamwork within meeting schedule. The learning cycle is to be prepared before theroles are assigned to the team. The learning cycle table is prepared considering two separate rolessuch as organizer and scribe. Organizer and scribe roles are clearly mentioned for the teampersonnel and their individual roles. The table shown all in details underneath: Meeting agendasOrganizerScribeRisk identification Risk manager organizes the meeting with other teammembers to let them know about the existing andemerging risks in the project. He identifies the risksalong with consequences for declaring them in thismeeting. Project manager,ResourceManager, RALSAuthority Risk analysis Risk manager is responsible for holding this meetingwith pointing out the risk analysis activity. Riskmanager will identify some risk analyzer tools andtechniques for analyzing the risks. Later, the riskconsequences will be shared within the teammembers. ResourceManager, andProject ManagerRiskresponseplanning Risk manager is responsible for planning riskresponses. The risk response planning is conductedfor collecting responses regarding risk analysis andmitigation. The risk responses clearly identifies thestrategy to mitigate risks. Business Analyst,Project Manager,ResourceManager Risk register Risk manager takes charge of the meeting forpublishing risk register datasheet with detailed risktreatment plans. The risk treatment plan includes riskidentification, severity scoring, consequencesanalysis, and mitigation aspects. Project Manager,RALS Authority,Business Analyst Risk mitigation planRisk manager is responsible for mitigating risks andfurthermore, reducing risk consequences alongsidepreventing the risk outcomes. Risk mitigation plancan be subject to change management as mitigationplan can change due to risk impacts andconsequences.
