INTRODUCTION
Event planning includes the budgeting, setting timelines, opting and reserving the sites of
an event, gaining permission, plan for food, coordination of transportation, selecting speakers
and managing risk for giving best experiences to consumers for gaining sustainability.
Respective report is based on the planning of a event organised in the Metro bar that provides
no. of services under one roof to optimise best opportunities. Metro bar planned to organise an
event Peaky Blinders party on 21th January, 2020 so respective assignment based on planning of
each and every important attribute related to an event. It includes the marketing strategy which
includes details of marketing mix for respective event. Further it includes all kinds of human
requirements by including information of personnel in event. At last it includes the financial
details which includes details of costs for whole organisation.
Elaborate the marketing mix which includes the all details related to the event.
Marketing mix is the collection of activities that are used by an organisation to
encourage their product and services into the business. In marketing mix typically consist of the
Product, price, place and promotions (Butz And et.al ., 2019.). In context of Metro bar as they
planned to organise the Peaky Blinders party so it is very much essential to plan and coordinate
each and every aspect to serve the consumers in best manner that are as follows:

Product Product refers to portion actually sold in marketplace
must delivering the best value to consumers in order to
gain potential outcomes from the consumers (Thomson
and et.al ., 2019.). In context of Metro bar which
planned to organise the Peaky Blinders party in the UK
marketplace they offer the various products and services
under one roof consist of the place and with full
arrangements which includes the various kinds of drinks
includes the Whiskey, Gin and tonic, tequila, beer,
minerals and juices with food to satisfy the requirements
of excellent party. Further it includes the DJ, Disco
lights, French fries, Pizza Domino. Respective Bar also

provide the facility to carry out own food with the
certificate of public liability insurance and food hygiene
certificate so that audience easily can avail services.
There are some food items which available free such as
chips, crackers, popcorn for all people.
Price Price of the product and services are the basically the
amount paid by consumers to enjoy it (Maguire and
McLoughlin, 2019.). Price is one of most important
component for organisation to gain profitability and
sustainability in marketplace. In context of Metro Bar
they charge the moderate level of price from their
consumers so that they can cover large no. of people
which directly enhance their steady of profitability to
gain potential outcomes.
Place Place refers to the point of sale of products and services
that helps to catching the eyes of consumers which helps
in taking prompt decision making (Walters, 2019.). In
context of Metro Bar they conduct Peaky Blinders party
on the main location of the city that are easily accessible
to people and not take too much time to avail services
for gaining desirable objectives positively. By providing
wide space to the audience so that they easily visit and
gain optimum benefits. So providing service in main
location proved beneficial to enchant the attraction of
large no. of people that enhance no. of audience in
event.
Promotion Promotion refers to the all activities or actions which
make the product or service known to the end user for
trade. In context of Metro Bar they use kinds of sources
to enlarge products by reaching at large no. of
