INTRODUCTION
Event planning is defined as activities that consist of a series of steps that have to be
performed in order to define the budget set the timelines, reserving of sites for event and then
gaining of permission. Further, it includes other activities such as planning for food,
transportation coordination, selection of speakers, management of risks so that customers can be
provided with best experience. Present report is based on organising a event at by Metro bar that
is offering different range of services. There is a event to be held that is the peaky blinders party
on 10th Feb, 2020 for this particular event there is planning of different activities. For which there
is planning of marketing mix activities for the event (Bishop, Gibbs and Lantz, 2020). There is
formation of marketing strategy based on the details of marketing mix for this blinders party.
There is also analysis of the human requirements that details of staff members at the event. It will
include the financial details that is the detailed cost of different associated activities that will be
taking place in this event. Below mentioned is the marketing mix explanation of peaky blinders
event.

Overview of the organisation: the metro bar kitchen is dealing in events that includes the pub
quizzes and different themed club night parties that are taking place regularly. The evening food
that is served consist of freshly made pizzas and other pasta dishes. It is all day serving a wide
range of breakfasts, main meals and snacks that is gluten free, vegan options and veggies
(Welcome to The Metro, 2020).
Marketing mix is regarded as the set of activities and actions that are used by
organisations for the purpose of promotion of a brand or a product in the external market,. The
marketing mix consist of the set of different elements that includes product, prince, place,
promotion aspects (Buchansky and Slaght, 2017). In case of metro bar there is planning of
organising a peaky blinders party for this there has to be planning and further coordination has to
be build up for each aspects so that all the activities in this event can take place in a smooth
Manner according to the specific customer requirements.

Product Product is regarded as the set of items that are
to be sold in the market and must deliver a
minimum performance level so that potential
items can be achieved. In case of metro bar
there is a plan to organize a peaky blinders
party in UK according to the different products
& services that will be offered. Metro bar will
be offering different arrangement that will be
starting with drinks that consist of Gin,
cocktails, tonic. Mineral juices, tequila and
fruit juices with the starters and main course to
satisfy their customer requirements, apart from
this there will be bar facility with proper disc
arrangements that will be made. Food hygiene
certificate has been obtained by Metro bar and
all the safety & hygiene standards are properly
adhered to according to present requirements
because of COVID outbreak (Burka, Planning
Simple 2018).
Price Price if product & services includes the amount
paid by customers according to the level of
satisfaction that they are expecting from
particular products and services offered by a
organisation. It is one of the important
components affecting the choices of people. In
case of Metro bar there is use of price
penetration strategy as the main motive is to
acquire a high markets hare by keeping the
profit percentage low. So the overall package
