INTRODUCTIONEmployee relations is a term which shows positive and healthy understanding betweensupervisors and subordinates at workplace for attaining their similar objectives within given timeframe. Basically, if there is an effective communication between higher and lower authority thenit automatically maintains the environment of an organization by motivating employees towardstheir personal and professional goals (Atkinson, 2011). NHS is an institution which is establishedby labour party after Second World War whose main motive is to provide health services towhole society. This report is classified into four parts for explaining roles and responsibilities ofNHS in uplifting domestic as well as foreign consumers by implementing various unions andmovements. In addition to this, assignment is going to highlight the impressive strategies used bygoverning bodies for resolving various disputes and conflicts. Apart from this, it will also throwsome light on the influence of European Union on industrial democracy in UK along withexplaining some necessary roles of human resource management in creating positive relationshipin between employees. At last, report will discuss necessary participation of employees in thedecision making process. TASK 11.1 Unitary and pluralistic frames of referenceThere are two different kinds of frames which highlighted the mode of thinking,assumptions and unique attitudes of any individual or team leader towards particular situation.Therefore, unitary and pluralist frames are mentioned as below: Unitary: - According to this frame, employees of the enterprise are having a similar valueand interest. Therefore, if there is emergence of any dispute between higher authority andlower level then it is unwanted as well as sometime, it must be ignored by leader. Alongwith that, labours of an enterprise do not require any trade union as they can easilytransfer their messages to supervisors. Apart from this, managers of an institution wantedthat they must have unitary framework in their organization because it act as a veryindispensable tool in maintaining healthy and friendly relationship between employersand employees (Hall, 2011). At last, if workers working at a workplace are totallyopposite with each other than dispute may arise which resulted in interruption inconnectivity between members of a company. 1
