TASK 21. Legal and ethical consideration for improving own practiceEvery person needs to maintain and fulfil certain legal as well as ethical consideration of theorganization. Similarly being a part of the health care firm, I am required to take utmost care of myclients so as to enhance the services that has been rendered by me. In addition to this, some of thelegal and other ethical consideration in regards to improvising and reviewing my own practices hasbeen enlisted underneath:Legal requirements:I need to work or function within my role boundaries.Follow up the policies and procedure of the organization in an appropriate manner (Kimani,2014).Ask for help in case of any urgency or uneven situation which cannot be handled by me.Ethical Requirements:I must able to maintain privacy as well as confidentiality in my operation while dealing withany clients or other members of the organization.Furthermore, I must be able to protect humanity so as to maintain dignity and value at theworkplace.Seeking consent from the patients before treating them (Roberts, 2014).Shall be able to oppose discrimination from workplace and understand the diversity inpeople and behaviour.2. Types of work methods and practicesEvery organization has its own set of roles and practices which needs to be performed by theemployees in order to maintain a perfect decorum at the hospital. Some of the methods throughwhich I can enhance my own performance have been enumerated underneath:It is better to organizer the work in a better manner that allows the one to know about thefunctions or activities that are more important than the other. For this purpose prioritizing isa phenomenal step (Eisele and et.al., 2013).In addition to it, I must avoid doing multi tasking as it is more likely to affect my services orwork at the organizational setting.There are numerous of distractions at the workplace which may hamper the work ofemployees. Therefore, I must void disruptions and especially focus on my work which willrender most satisfactory result and aids in career development programmes.There are several of colleagues in my organization that are known as great starters.3
