INTRODUCTION
In last few years' globalization have become centring point of all businesses, it makes
essential impact on almost each and every thing from society to environment, transfer of
knowledge and information, technology, living status and life of people and culture but most
generally businesses and economy (Crane and Matten, 2016). All the companies have responded
to these modifications quickly, this act as channel for penetration into new markets, for growth,
building a broad rage of consumer's pool. Globalization is the procedure by which organizations
or other businesses develop global influence or beginning operating on the international scale. In
short, globalisation is how nations is coming together as one big worldwide economy, making
global trade easier. There are many nations agreed to low tariffs or taxes on products that is
imported from other nations. Global movement towards financial, communications integration
and economic is term of globalisation, it implied begging of nationalistic and local perspectives
to the wide outlook of the interdependent and interconnected world with escaped transfer of
goods, capital and services across countries frontiers. Political, economic and social globalisation
are the three different types of globalisation. Every company need to follow ethics or norms
within this procedure that help to gain positive impact on each operations effectively. There are
many ethics principles within global business that affect company operation the most.

Aim:
I should investigate the positive ethical impact of globalisation on operations in the retail
clothing industry
Objectives:
 To Investigate the economic, cultural and ethical benefits of globalisation. *
 To Determine the impact of globalisation on retail fashion.
 To Collect and analyse primary and secondary data relating to the benefits of
globalisation on Topshop Plc.
 To present findings about the effect of globalisation at Topshop Plc and the wider retail
fashion industry. The research questions-examples.

Overview of company-
Topshop Plc is British international brand or fashion retailer of shoes, clothing,
accessories and make up. They have across 500 shops around the world in which 300 shops is in
UK, in additional they operate online operations in range of their market which help to make
them more popular (Kain and Sharma, 2014). Arcadia Group and Leonard Green and Partners is
the owner of Topshop company, founded in 1964. They face many challenges within the period
of business growth, as organization has been criticised for its overall tax arrangements and
sourcing policies. Still, they try hard and perform effectively by facing many challenges and
build their high position in market place. They start planning to expand their business in US
where they open new shops and tipped to open in New York. In 2011, company announced the
five year international business expansion plan.
