Problem statement
Main problem of the clients is that he is facing the issue of Low productivity which keeps on
decreasing the revenues of the organization. After that it has also seen that there are various issues
coming on the way of the client co as they are facing the problem of the poor reporting by the
employees to the upper level of the management (Desai and DeArmond, 2021). It has been the
serious problem for the organization because company has to faces so many challenges due to these
problems. In the meeting it has also been seen that they are not able to finish their work on time
because of which the are not becoming able to satisfy their customer needs and wants on time. Poor
productivity has prove to be the main reasons of decreasing in the revenues of the organization
because it leads to the decreasing of the values of the organization in the marketplace. These are the
main statement of the problem which the client that is Mike wanted to address to the consultancy
company. He wants to address these issues to the company so that it cab be solved in a effective
manner. These types of problems have to be solved on a urgent basis so that they can perform better
in the company. Main problem that client wants to address in this report is of the low productivity at
the workplace which is resisting them to provide customer satisfaction as well as customer retention.
Because low productivity can be the main reason for the organization to decrease the revenues as
well as image in the market.
Research
It has been find that low productivity can prove to be the biggest problem for the organization
which can results in the decreasing of the revenues of the company (Chong, 2018). It has been
researched that problems of the client can be solved by implementation of various solutions which
can helps the company to increase the productivity in a effective manner.
Solutions
Managing time
It is one of the main solution for the client co, that they can effectively manager the time for
each and every activity through which they can management productivity in the workplace. It can
only arise when leaders does not effectively manage all the activities in the company which can
ultimately results in the non completion of the tasks that has been assigned to the employees at the
workplace (Kim and Roberson, 2021). In relation to the client co, they are facing the issue of low
productivity and it becomes very important for the managers of the company to distribute the enough
time to each and every activity after analyzing the time that will be required to complete it. So it is
one of the main solution that the organization has to focus on.
Avoid Multitasking

There should be the avoidance of multitasking in the organization because large number of
activities generally leads to the low productivity at the workplace. This directly affects the
performance of the organization which also results in the decreasing of the revenues and profits.
Company who are carrying out the activities related to the specific tasks generally produces more
efficiency and which helps in increasing the revenues of the company. In regards to the company of
Mike, they have also faced the issue of low productivity through which they have to face the
decreasing of revenues. Organization should focus on the specific tasks they carried out because
implementation of multitasking jobs at the workplace can directly leads to the decreasing of the
performance at the workplace (Hubin, 2021). So client company should avoid to implement various
kinds of activities at the workplace which helps them to increase the productivity related to the
specific tasks they carry out.
Effective supervision
This can also proves to be the biggest solution for the organization who are facing the issue of
low productivity at the workplace because generally supervision of the leaders and managers are
necessary for the employees through which they can focus on to produce more productivity at the
workplace. The client which has come in order to do consultancy is facing the issue of the low
productivity and bad results. This can be caused due to the ineffective management and supervision
of the upper level of department on the employees. As employees only do work with more efficiency
when they are continuously supervised by the leaders. Effectively supervision and analysis of each
and every activity of the employees cam helps in increasing the efficiency of the employees at the
workplace. So the company of the client should focus on to analyse the activities of employees in a
effective manner (Chan, 2022). It can prove to be the biggest solution for the company because it can
helps in directly increasing the efficiency of the employees which can leads to the increase of the
productivity of the organization in the marketplace. Effective leadership will also helps the
organization to take regular reports from the employees so that they can properly report to the
managers. This will be the most beneficial part of the effective supervision because it will help them
to effectively analyses the performance report of each and every individual.
Employee training
It is the another main reasons that helps in increasing the productivity of the employees at the
workplace. It is very important for the mangers of the company to train their employees on a regular
basis so that they can get the knowledge regarding the new course of actions. In today's time
implementation of updated technology has increased to a great extent and for that it become very
important for the organization to use training and development programs for the employees.
Productivity can be effectively increased when the employees are trained and have the knowledge of
how to use updated technology in the company (Nissen, 2019). In relation to the company of client,
they are also facing the issue of low productivity which can easily be removed from the workplace
when employees are given regular training regarding their specific course of actions. This will prove

to be very beneficial for the organization because it will directly helps in increasing the productivity
of the actions of the employees to a great extent.
Setting up of deadlines
It can be the main factor for the organization in order to increase the efficiency of the
employees. Organization must set up deadline for the employees through which they can feel the
pressure in order to complete the tasks in a given period of time. Implementation of deadlines helps
the organization to set small target for the employees which they have to carried out in a specific
given time. In relation to the company of client, they should focus on to set up deadline for the
employees so they always have a goal to achieve the particular given tasks in a fast manner. This will
prove to be very beneficial for the organization because it helps in increasing the productivity of the
employees through which they do not feel lazy and feels motivated towards the accomplishment of
tasks that has been assigned to them. This will also helps the company of the client to maintain
productivity in the workplace by setting up of the deadlines for the employees.

As a consultancy team, we have do our best in order to solve the problem of the client so that
they can become able to increase the productivity at the workplace. We have advised them various
solutions that they can implement at the workplace in order to increase the efficiency and
productivity, so that they can maintain the level of profits. Client was facing the problems of low
productivity and poor morale which always creates challenges for the organization to effectively
perform in the marketplace. In order to solve this problem we have suggested that they should
effectively manage their time so that through which they can become able to maintain the level of
productivity they want. In relation to solve the problem of the client, we have made an effective team
who can manage the employees in order to maintain the level of productivity. It comes out to be so

analyses that what are the reasons for the problems that the company of the clients is facing. So we
have analyses that the company is mainly facing the issue of low productivity and decreasing morale
of the employees. Then our consultancy team worked on it and we have find it various solutions that
can helps them to overcome the issue of low productivity at the workplace. They were lacking in
managing the employees and the time at the workplace which was coming out as a biggest issues for
the low productivity. So our team effectively engage their employees in the operations so that they
can produce more productivity at the workplace. We effectively analyses various issues that were
lacking them to achieve their goals and targets. So our consultancy team find out various problems

employees. Client should focus on to hire professionals and experts in order to train the employees at
the workplace trough which they can increased their productivity (Cohen and Bailey, 2019). They
should focus on to supervise their employees so that delays in the process of production can be
removed. This will facilitates the organization to increase the morale and motivation of the
employees towards the organization goals and values. It is one of the best and effectively solution for
the company because through regular supervision, employees can become to maintain the level of
productivity. This will be very beneficial for the organization which will helps them to earn sufficient
amount of revenues. Implementation of effective supervisions in the workplace will also helps the
employees to generate more productivity in the goods and services and they will become able to
generate more productivity. So it becomes very important for the client to effectively manager their
employees and time in order to accomplish the tasks at the workplace. Along with that they should
mainly focus on to carry out the particular task in a given period of time. This will help the
organization to avoid the issues to carry out the number of activities in a single time period. This
solutions should be implemented by the client company at the workplace because this will help in
