10. To manage my work-life I use the time management skills which helps me to manage
my times and I can also complete my work o the times. Proper schedule let us do our
work on the time and it also creates trust among the others when we do our work on
times. The other thing I do to maintain my work-life is meditation which make my
mind stable and fitness as well which make my body fit and healthy. During the
workload its very helpful me to keep myself clam and active. This is how I maintain
my work-life.

12. Stress is a part of our life and every person used to experience stress in their life which
makes them sick and unhappy in their life but In my opinion we can overcome perform

feel good and healthy. Mediation - which has power to make our mind Clam and stable,
meditation I use to perform every day morning. Morning is the best time to perform the
yoga because that time because that times its proper environment to perform the
meditation. Th best thing about the mediation is that we can perform at our home, and
we do not need too much space to perform yoga or mediation. Mediation always helps
to overcome from my every problem in the life. It also improves our Thinking power,
and we are able to take decision in our life related to the stress. We al;ways get stress
when we work in our life continuously, and we have any of the problem, meditation for
the 30 minutes can makes us happy again, and we can be positive and stress free I our
life. I would like to suggest people to do meditation to overcome from stress.

To perform mediation and the exercise which makes me stress free and give me a good health.
Most of the people who are suffering from the metal health problems, its because they have stress
in their mind, and they are not fit physically. Mental health and physical health are interconnected

health. People who are suffering from the problems related to the mental health need to focus on
their physical health and this is how I make myself physically and mentally strong.

times. The other thing I do to maintain my work-life is meditation which make my
mind stable and fitness as well which make my body fit and healthy. During the
workload its very helpful me to keep myself clam and active. This is how I maintain
my work-life.

12. Stress is a part of our life and every person used to experience stress in their life which
makes them sick and unhappy in their life but In my opinion we can overcome perform
these problems which one method which I use during the stress and this makes me
feel good and healthy. Mediation - which has power to make our mind Clam and stable,
meditation I use to perform every day morning. Morning is the best time to perform the
yoga because that time because that times its proper environment to perform the
meditation. Th best thing about the mediation is that we can perform at our home, and
we do not need too much space to perform yoga or mediation. Mediation always helps
to overcome from my every problem in the life. It also improves our Thinking power,
and we are able to take decision in our life related to the stress. We al;ways get stress
when we work in our life continuously, and we have any of the problem, meditation for
the 30 minutes can makes us happy again, and we can be positive and stress free I our
life. I would like to suggest people to do meditation to overcome from stress.

To perform mediation and the exercise which makes me stress free and give me a good health.
Most of the people who are suffering from the metal health problems, its because they have stress
in their mind, and they are not fit physically. Mental health and physical health are interconnected
with each other and if the person is weak physically then their he will also weak from their mental
health. People who are suffering from the problems related to the mental health need to focus on
their physical health and this is how I make myself physically and mentally strong.

he was fit and this inspired other and that guy as well. Everything is
possible if we want to make it possible and I become inspiration fro
the other instructor

I make my proper diet plan for the person and started giving the
weight loss training 2 times a day. He was every negative but I give
him a positive confidence that you can do it. The proper schedule and
the plaining help me to make him fit and it was not only just my
contribution but that client also give his best to overcome from the
weight problem, and he become fit and healthy and this also improve
him personal life because he was fat so his friends used to call him
from the different names and make fun of him

Another incident happened when one of the client come me, and she
was having problems in her body shape. It was not proper and when
she used to wear part dress and normal dress her body was not proper
and because that she was upset, and she wanted to proper and fit
shape for her boy. As we know that for the woman body shape and
fitness is so much important to look attractive. In just 5 months , she
become fit and healthy. Her body shape was proper and she was so
much to take instruction from me

are looking for the proper help. Proper workforce plaining like her diet
and exercise make s her body proper and within a 5 months she was
having proper body shape and this also increase her confidence. This

which makes me happy and more confident
