Submit the completed organisational goals report to your assessor. Include any supplementary
documents/sources used to prepare the organisational goals report, such as:
Organisational documents from where mission/vision/purpose statement, business
objectives, strategic direction, business values and business standards can be accessed
Operational plans, if any, used to establish links between organisational objectives, values
and standards, and the responsibilities of assigned individuals and assigned groups
Job descriptions of the assigned individuals and assigned groups
Relevant organisational policies and procedures such as media and communication policy
and procedures, documentation policy and procedures, policy and procedures for meetings
etc.

Outline business objectives of the organisation.
Establishing business objectives is important as it provides guidance and motivate employees towards performing
functions. Some organisational or business objectives that this company wants to achieve include:
To improve relation with customers for making them feel valued and motivated.
To deliver wellness integrated services in order to meet customers’ needs and aspirations.
Outline business values of the organisation.
Business values refer principles that stand for personally such as: integrity, innovation, respect and passion.
Values of this bounce fitness is:
Qualitative services to service users: It is committed to make service users and fitness industry beneficial by
providing the highest standard of quality to service users and involved stakeholders.
Outline business standards.

Business standard refers a set of values performance and beliefs that helps us out in understanding our job roles
and performing them in an effective manner. Business standards of bounce fitness has made able to employees in
mitigating risks and growing in a sustainable way.
Outline the strategic direction of the organisation.
Strategic direction can be defined as plans that companies need to implement for growing and progressing
towards vision and goals. It ensures that management and owners can communicate roles as well as importance of
employees’ work in order to know as whether they can accomplish goals or not. This company has set clear
vision, objectives and values and has communicated with stakeholders via using effective communicational
modes. CEO and leaders of this bounce fitness has set strategic direction for making employees’ work easier.
List and briefly describe the operational plans relevant to the assigned individuals and groups.
In regard to operational plan, it can be said that it is a practical document that defines activities, targets and job
roles of employees. Employees are required to perform specific tasks and achieve target within specific period
and all this information are mentioned in business plan. It can be developed or prepared for specific time such as
one year-2 year and so on. In the context of bounce fitness, it can be said that it has clearly defined roles of its
staff and has communicated it with them. As per the experience of staff members, it has allotted targets and on the
basis of achievement of targets, it motivate them by providing rewards.

To empower internal teams as well as external members by engaging them in decision making process
and team meeting. The main aim behind setting this objective is to increase staff retention rate.
To increase customer attraction and retention rate and helping them out in improving their health.
Both of these objectives can be achieved when employees make use of their strategies that has been developed
such as: engaging in decision-making process as per democratic leadership.
Discuss how business values are aligned with the strategic direction.
This company wants to provide qualitative services and this value will be provided by providing proper training
to staff and it is the main strategic direction. It will make them able to develop programs through which they can
improve relations with community members and service users (Schmidt, Drews and Schirmer, 2017).
Discuss how business standards are aligned with the strategic direction.
This organization has implemented some ethical practices and has made compulsory for all to follow them. It is
aligned with strategic direction and it will help them out in performing their functions in an ethical manner and
protecting against risks such as lawsuit and others.

assigned individuals. This take pre and post weight, blood pressure and body mass measurement in order to
identify specific difference. This work is allotted to gym trainer so, it can be said that this role and responsibility
can help this bounce fitness in accomplishing goals.

Ron White is fitness director who is responsible for providing proper direction to clients and service users. Some
other additional roles include: Oversees fitness related aspects of gym, handling all administrative duties and
scheduling training sessions as per the client needs.
