INTRODUCTION
In present scenario, understanding the role and significance of business environment is
very important for organizations. Business environment is considered of some internal and
external factors which directly or indirectly affects activities of a company. In order to survive
in long run and earn adequate profit, it is required by every business to frame strategies after
analysing internal and external factors. This report is based on British Airways which is also
known as BA in short. In terms of fleet size it is UK's largest airline and in terms of passengers
carried it is second largest. This reports highlights the entire business environment analysis of
BA.
