INTRODUCTIONIn the overseas countries, there are most of the companies which have continuous growthin business that influence them to expand their business operations. The cafe has a good quality reputation in serving better coffee brand to thecustomers. A continuous increase in trend of coffee has increased their business. As the demandfor their East African inspired coffee shop with themed evenings has increased. The report hasbeen analysing the expansion of business in the European country which help the owners todecide in which country they have the opportunity to expand their business.1 Expansion of the business in the countryIn the European countries, there is a rapid increase in demand of coffee among the peopleand emerging trend of coffee has made an influence on the companies to expand their business.The wide growth of the coffee brands has made the market more viable for the customers tochoose their preference among the present alternatives. In the context, we have considered aboutthe cafe Marvin and smith which is started by Hank and Patty and has a goodwill of serving thebest coffee blend of the beans of the Gumutindo coffee. After analysis it can be said that the cafewill expand its business in the Germany because there is a rise in demand of the coffee amongthe customers. The suppliers have also considered that the most the customers in the Germanyhave a preference of the Gumutindo coffee and will have focused on consumption. Thecontinuous growth in the economy of the country has a given a positive impact on the income ofpeople. The rise in income has also made an impact on the expenditure of the people. It has beenconsidered that the growth in the economy has changed the lifestyle and needs of the people.There is an increase in the demand of the quality products among the customers and there is anopportunity for the Marvin and Smith Cafe to expand their business. There is a continuousincrease in the demand of coffee among the people because they will feel that it is suitable fortheir life style. The people who have high earning will prefer the cafe which provide a good andhigh quality and more facilities as compared to the normal cafe. The Hank and Patty will makethe attractive layout of the cafe. The ethical consideration has described that the cafe has a fair-trade policy of enablingthe farmers from to earn an independent income. A rapid growthin the lifestyle of the people has shifted their focus from normal to high quality products. Thecustomers who have a luxurious life style will prefer quality products and does not givesignificance to the price. Marvin and smith will focus on the customers who have a luxurious lifewill prefer the quality of their coffee. They have a strong moral perception of promoting fairtrade practices and have provided this quality to their staff and expected from them to value theirbelief.Marvin and smith will have to consider a perfect location to establish their cafe whichwill help them to promote their cafe easily (Linnenluecke and Griffiths, 2010). They must targetthe place where they found the always new customers like tourist which arrive in the country.They will have an opportunity of growth if they open the cafe in the locations of Berlin like TheBrandenburg Gate, Gendarmen markt, Unter den linden. They will provide a better and luxuriousatmosphere in the cafe for the people who prefer a luxurious lifestyle. The layout of the cafe willbe attractive which will influence the customers and provide a feeling of comfort or goodenvironment. These locations are mostly consisted of the tourist and situated at the primelocation of the Berlin. The logical reason behind the expansion at these places will be thecustomers and competitor (Bernstein, 2015). Marvin and smith will get an ease in the delivery ofthe essentials from the suppliers and will also provide fast services to its customers. They willcover have benefit of the suppliers to expand their business as they have a great influence onthem to provide fair prices for their coffee. The hank and patty will consider that there will be aperfect supply of coffee in the shop by the supplier. In the Germany they will require theGumutindo coffee to provide an east African feel to the people of the Germany. They will focuson the quality and will not give more significance towards the price.
