CC music is now a full time business and the family members were very much useful
and help them in each of the business practices. This business was running in democratic
style which is the main reason behind this consultancy report. The following unit of this
consultancy report shall be evaluating the significance of the web system with the help of

are increasing used in business. It can be assumed that the introduction of a new IT system
such as an ERP system can be very much useful in thus business as it can optimize the

CC Music primarily focuses upon the deals that necessarily is carried out with the usage of
differently existing functions that is performed by the band on a daily basis (Matt, Hess and
Benlian, 2015). The website that belongs to the company carries out functions such as
booking of arrangements, receiving contracts as well as deals with payments made in
cheques. In reference to the recent situation, it has been visibly seen for a dire need of
implementing a strategy for social media along with an open source software that would
provision with a helping hand towards the organization of all the music events undertaken by
the band (Serra and Kunc, 2015). For the needed strategies and the solutions to the software
would assist the band in maintaining their business accounts along with keeping a track of the
communication carried out within the band and their clients. Hence, the report primarily
focuses upon discussing the current problems faced along with the mitigation strategies of the
same.

CC Music has a website in reference to the current situation that deals with all of their
promotions towards the business that it carries out within the musical industry (Kernbach,
Eppler and Bresciani, 2015). Clive and Chris own the business who work as music teachers
within their business as well. Hence, they manage as well as own the band along with the
business in respect to every individual aspect that aligns to the business of the company. Each
of the two owners of the company together carry out the business along with the promoting

CC Music carries out its business by performing the primary functions of having the
prime focus upon working inside a studio, TV shows, performing at parties, as well as
programmes held by radios and other existing events. Each of the two owners manage the
contracts through the usage of their mobile phones and receive all payment related details
though cheques (Amran et al., 2015). The primary problem, which the company has been
facing is that it has been considered to handle large contracts by two of the owners in such
scenarios. This specifically led to situations when they had to drop a number of events for
such difficulty in handling.
In reference to these problems that the company had been facing, the owners had
made particular decisions regarding the implementation of such approaches that might bring
in a better professionalism within the carried out business.

Having the primary focus upon the problems that have been posing to the business of

(Prajogo, 2016). This would act as a guide to the owners of the company for next steps that
should be taken in order to carry out the business in a better way such as proper scheduling of
the activities. This will also contribute as a help to have a better communication with the
clients. The solution in the form of a software also gets entrusted upon with the responsibility
of maintaining an entire track regarding the range of communication made with the clients
along with the business (Bui and De Villiers, 2017). As a help from the software in the form
of a solution, the clients will have an upper hand in booking their place for future events that
need to be held.
In addition to this, with the implementation of the solutions in the form of technology,
the business should specifically implement the Customer Relationship Management software
that would provision with a helping hand towards the maintenance of a high-level
communication with the clients of the business carried out by CC Music. However, while
tackling with the lying challenges in front of the business, the musical company should make
proper utilization of the Hygger Open Source Software (Paul, Lang and Baumgartner, 2017).

holds a primary scope for improving all of the business activities that it has been carrying out
for so long. The currently existing business scenario lacks a proper strategy that carries the
potential to place a major effect upon the business activities. Implementation of a proper
software that is open source along with a strategy aligned to social media would provision as
a helping hand towards the uplifting as well as changing of the current scenario for business.
With the changes that have been placed forward, all of them would help the business to have
a greater control over all the business activities that have been existing. The CC Music
Company should enable all the best features that have been proposed in order to increase the
related performance of their company within the field of music industry.
Recommendations
On the basis of the conclusion that has been provided, it can be potentially
recommended that the existing system of business belonging to CC Music shall implement a
high level presence in the online world. The company should specifically make efforts
towards implementing a strategy for social media as a primary motive of increasing their
business processes for a better outcome of the businesses that have been carrying out for so
long by both the owners. In addition to this, implementation of a proper open source software
is necessary to properly keep a track upon the related communication of the company along
with a proper maintenance of detail sharing with the clients of the company. This software
that will have the ability to track all the business activities related to the business such as the
likes of keeping business records, booking of arrangements as well as provisioning with a n
updated calendar list belonging to each of the event on a regular basis. With a proper
utilization of all the resources along with a proper implementation of the mentioned

strategies, the business would have the ability to gain greater profits as well as a competitive
position within the field of market.
Part D: Reflection
This consultancy was very much useful to understand that this consultancy is very
much useful to understand the significance of the introduction of an ERP system in a music
industry. The advantageous associated with the use of IT systems was the learning lessons
was the other learning lessons from this consultancy report. I have provided on detailed
investigation of the business needs of a music industry such as managing the queries coming
the consumers of this industry. The external environmental analysis was one of the most
significant learning lessons, which can be learned from this consultancy report. The
drawbacks as well as the benefits of the introduction of ERP system was the other learning
lesson from this consultancy report.
According to me, it can be said that the online presence of a business can be enhanced
in the first place with the introduction of an ERP system. I believe that tracking the business
processes is a huge challenge for the stakeholders of this business and the incorporation of
the ERP system can be very much useful to satisfy the needs as well as the expectations of
the consumers of the music industry in England. The other learning experience from this
consultancy report is the use of the BPM diagram which can be very much useful to
understand the working principles of the ERP system which can be integrated in this
business. Thus, non-technical person who do not have any knowledge about the working
