This particular project would be carried out using the agile methodology under
the SDLC life cycle (Chen, Yen &Pornpriphet, 2015). This methodology
wouldinclude adaptive planning, fast delivery, evolutionary development, continuous
improvement. This methodology will also be utilized in order to obtain flexile and
highly rapid responses to various external factors of the project. The developers of
the website would rely on the cross functional and highly collaborative framework
along with a clear set of principles as well as objectives (Luo, Han & Yu, 2016). This
will speed up the development process of the website.

From the above assignment, it can be concluded that there are numerous

while developing an interactive as well as responsive e-commerce website that
deals with selling automotive spare parts. The assignment discusses regarding
these factors in details.
5. Recommendations
 Fast loading is a feature that must be included in the process of development
because customers do not prefer to wait while a page is loading
 The website must be developed such that they are accessible through mobile
devices because most people prefer using e-commerce websites through
mobile devices (Sun, Yang&Wang, 2015).
 Tracking must be enabled in the website so that the customers get an idea
regarding where their order is (Paris, Bahari&Iahad, 2016). This would help them
to know the exact reason if there is any kind of delay in delivery of the order.
