With theassistance of digital technologies, organisations are able to cater to the needs of customers in amore effective manner (Rummler and Brache, 2012). There are many benefits which can beextracted by companies from digital technologies. This can be related to management of variousinformation system, to managing employees. It is very important for organisations to provide thestated digital technologies to consumers. For doing so, they will need to adapt variousequipments, process, techniques. There have been different types of changes in last one decadeand due to this the whole industry has changed. Cadline Ltd, is a small business enterprise that is known for its innovative approachtowards markets and other variables. It is focusing on ensuring that each task is completed in aset period of time. It is trying to gain a perspective from market regarding various aspects thatwill be related to the organisation for improving the quality of process. 1.2 Significance of researchThis given report is emphasize on evaluating the implication and affect of digitaltechnologies on productivity of small businesses. According to the present scenario, it has beenevaluated that there are various technologies which are going to be used by firm to improvequality as well as quantity in effective and efficient manner. Along with this, there are number offactors which can affect small enterprise and its ability which are required to be changedthrough modern methods. (Sirmon and et. al., 2011). They need to apply new methods andtechniques for making sure that business is able to boost its own efficiency levels. Digital
technology is considered one among effective methods which will help the organisation inachieving its business goals and objectives by resisting all the external factors of market place.This concept will enhance the performance and capabilities of the employees as they are directedtowards the same goal of business. This Present assignment is based on Cadline Ltd, whichoffers services of digital technology at market place. They will be providing right solution tocompanies for making sure that effectiveness of technical factors is maintained. 1.3 Research aimThese are the long term targets on which, this research is based on. This states about thereason because of which every activity is taking place. This guides a researcher as well as areader in understanding the basis on which this work is being conducted. The prime aim of theresearch work is stated to be, “To evaluate the implication of digital technology on smallbusiness enterprise: a case study on Cadline Ltd”.1.4 Research ObjectivesThese are known as short term targets which are set up by different researchers formaking sure that they are able to measure the effectiveness of activities that are beingundertaken.
