INTRODUCTIONA strategy is defined as a plan of action and in context of business it is defined as thebusiness plans for the future of the company. It defines the step that a company have to follow inorder to achieve the organisational objectives. Strategies can be defined as a core function in theorganisation. In order to achieve the goals and targets a business requires an effective strategy isnecessary with its effective implementation. Volkswagen shortened for VW is a German based car manufacturer. The company wasestablished on 28th May 1937. The company operates at global level and employs around626,715 human asset worldwide.
