This report will discuss about graduation employment and knowledge, skills and
experience required by a recent graduate to enter in a chosen area of graduate employment.
Recent graduate is one who is recently completed their graduation degree. Future trends for the
graduate employment will also be discussed. Future trends involve what are likely future trends
and demands associated with an area of graduate employment. This report is based on primary
and secondary research and research in area of employment help individuals in effectively
planning for their future.
Graduation Employment
Area of graduate employment selected is HR (Human Resources) and this is a profession
that is responsible for resourcing organisation with efficient and competent employees.
Compensation management and performance management within organisation is also included in
responsibilities of HR within organisation. Area of human resource is responsible for recruiting
and selecting candidate as employee of organisation and along with this management of human
resources in organisation is also responsibility of HR. Management of employees involve
compensation management and performance management of employees. In addition to this
issues related to employees are also solved by HR in organisation (Anwar and Abdullah, 2021).
Collectively, HR in organisation is responsible for carrying out activities for management of
employees in organisation and enabling them to work to best of their potential in organisation.
Future trends in Graduation Employment
Virtual work
This is one of the trend that HR us going to experience in future. This is an important shift in
work model and because of this work has become flexible and worker centric. Acceptance of
virtual working is increasing day by day and this has impact on the working of HR (Shayah and
Sun, 2019). This is because as the model of work changes they also have to change their
practices of HR management.

several other responsibilities are included in this job. Requirement for candidate includes
excellent organisational skills, and ability to manage high volume of work quickly, attention to
detail, team player with enthusiastic and supportive approach and ability to use initiative and
