be used in the research (Research Methodology. 2015). Quantitative research uses
measurable data to formulate facts and uncover pattern in research. This method includes
various kind of survey, online survey, face to face interview, telephone interview,
systematic observation etc. On the other hand in the context of qualitative research
methods used various facts, theories and concept in order to identify the solution of
research problem. In the following research proposal, qualitative method of data analysis
will be used in order to address the problem of research study. Sampling- Sampling is another major part of the research proposal under which
investigator can select the particular group for take investigation about the research topic.
It is a process under which predetermined number of observation are taken from the

random sampling under which investigator will take 20 employees of the Hilton hotel and

appropriate time, it will very difficult for the scholar to collect information related to the

the data and information of the research topic should be relevant and appropriate for the

upon the respondent in order to fill the questionnaire. All information and data should be
reliant and reliable so as other can easily understand the meaning of research.

In this following research, in order to conduct the survey investigator will take the
personal email id of 20 employees of Hilton hotel and prepare the questionnaire along with the
question if training and development (Gay, Mills and Airasian, 2011). Investigator will send the
questionnaire to each employees of they Hilton hotel so as they can freely feel the questionnaire
according to their view and knowledge. By this way, respondent will effectively fill up the
