should be proper environment check and premise condition inspection which is not there. The
company should have been doing behavioural observations of the employees. The ABC
company has a feedback system in place to ensure that the accidents does not happen again.
Though they have all the basic safety policies but they lack in proper monitoring and audit of the
facilities. There should have been a structured safety management system in the organisation
which would keep a track of all the plans. If there is any limitation then it should be removed to
ensure that all the rules have been complied with (Mitra, 2012). The organisation needs to
monitor and review its policies to see if they are adequate. There should be a medical room
which can be used at the time of emergency situation. It should have the basic facilities which
are required during a casualty.

Training people
Inviting opinions of employees to improve the policies
