INTRODUCTIONManaging business activities is a crucial task for the organization because it includes severalaspects that enhance the scope of growth and success. In order to manage business dimensions in asuccessful manner, it is essential for the organizations to accentuate on quality aspects. Hence, insuch aspect, present research study has been developed for ABC Company who is facing range ofissues related to poor management, inadequate leadership and improper management. Apart fromthis, researcher has also discussed the ways through which organizational activities are mappedaccording to company's aims and objectives. Considering this, research study is also emphasizingon organizational systems as well as procedures and how it aids the business entity to meet qualitystandards. Quality standards of ABC Company are needed to be appropriately monitored and theprocess is discussed in the subsequent research study. Afterwards, quality gateways and culturalaspects of ABC Company have been discussed to develop the overall business performance andproductivity. ABC Company is also emphasizing on risk management systems and that is discussedin the current study. Legal framework and legislation for the business are also described briefly inthe study along with the provisions for health and safety benefits. Further, thedepartment is also entitled to frame adequatestrategies so that business services can bepromoted to diversified market places. Thisdepartment also helps the subsequent entity toanalyze the area of further investment. Operations DepartmentOperations department of ABC company isaccountable to manage all the businessoperations according to quality facets so thatopportunities of growth and success can beaccelerated (Foss, Woll and Moilanen, 2012).Thus, as per the company's aims and objectives,managers make sure that all the candidates arerecruited according to the requirements. 1.2 Key aims, objectives and mission of ABC along with process map for any one functionABC Company works as a consultancy company; therefore the main aim of the business isto recruit efficient and talented candidates.
