INTRODUCTIONThe case study is about the company Becton Dickinson, the world largest manufacturerof medical supplies and equipments. It is small innovative company manufacturing safetysyringes. The issue of these company is niddlestick injuries which are causing serious hazard topeople and the study is to managing the alternatives ways to solve the problems of the company. QUESTION 5 Propose alternative ways of managing the conflicts and issues from a socially responsibleperspective.The issue of company Becton Dickinson is from niddlestick syringes which are causingserious hazard to the health to the people of suppliers of hospitals and clinics (Spence and et.al.,2018). The organisations operating with Becton Dickinson is facing highly damages which areundisclosed sum of money. The uncompensated issue of Companies that the countless workersare infected with AIDS and other blood borne diseases. Needlesticks injuries every year not onlyAIDS but also Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and other lethal disease. There are ways by which company can manage the issues and conflicts:Listen, Don't Speak:One of the common problem with stakeholders and employees is that no body islistening. Sometimes it is better to keep calm. When stakeholders speaks, they thinks that theyare right, let them speak. Let them know they understand what they say. Stakeholders should feelpositive with the company's behaviour. Provide a forum for resolution of the issue:Company can play a role of facilitators to stakeholders and employees for managing theconflicts with company's products and services. Conduct a meeting for stakeholders andemployees so that they make complains and issues. Make sure the meeting conducted should beproductive. Determine the attitude:Company should determine the attitude of stakeholders and employees whether it ispositive or negative. Company should know the importance of both for solving the issuesbecause they are the key's to get success. Both are supportive and also can be opponent to thecompany, without stakeholders company cannot sustain in the market and without employeescompany cannot work in the organisation (Wu and Chiu, 2018). 1
