Subject: An Important Update with Regards to Parking Lot
Dear Employees,
This is to inform you that the present parking lot is being sold and the members of our
organization will not be able to park their cars there after 31st (last working day) of this month.
As the organization keeps comfort and eases of the employees a priority, the management as
arranged for another parking space at 120 Bannatyne Avenue.
The management would also like to inform that the monthly charge for the parking is going up to
$175 from the present $170. The mode of payment will be payroll deduction on the first cheque
of the month.
For those who are looking forward to parking in the space will have to pick up an application
form from Sandra at the reception and submit, with relevant details, to her. The last date to do
this is 28th of this month (E.O.D). Out of all the details, employees are requested to pay special
attention to license plate number and the car model.
I hope the message is clear. In case of query, please shoot a mail on the official mail ID of
complaints and queries (complaintsandquesries@gmail.com) and I shall try getting back to you
as soon as possible.
It is an earnest request from all my dear employees to refrain from walking into my office with
queries related to the whole parking lot scenario.
It is an important month for us and all of you are focused in meeting the deadlines. I regret the
inconvenience. We requested an extension for the present parking lot. Unfortunately, it is not
possible.
