Several benefits have been proposed by the authors, which can belisted as:Networking helps in creating relationships with several other businesses and increases brandexposure. In exchange of promoting other’s product or business, own product’s promotion canbe asked (Cox, 2012). Engagement of others in the promotional activities for own product orbusiness will help in arising the small business and become more visible to lots of newconsumers.In business, it has been seen that increased focus in relationship as compared to the salesincreases the profit and the sales. Social media networking websites provides small business anopportunity to involve their audience on several different levels, including personal. For smallbusinesses, it is important to focus on the relationship with customers. Social media can providea platform for the owner of business to show their interest on the customers by replying to thefeedbacks or questions being asked at any post updated by interested customers (Hays, Page &Buhalis, 2013).
