the growth and development. Business transformation of the business is initiative driven for
functions shifting and business operations of the firm(Frick and et,al., 2021) . It is the approach
used for aligning the activities of the firm related to the person, technology and procedure in
close to the vision and strategy. Reduce in the price aims for providing the monetary benefit in
terms of sales and cost dimension. This project is based on Jobs International Ltd. Its a family
owned company which was incorporated in 1998. David Jacob is the primary stake holder in
the firm and is managing director of the business firm. Firms headquarter is in New Delhi,
India. Enterprise is the leading job consultancy in India helping many peoples for getting
employment in United Kingdom. The report mentions the recommendations and disruptions
which are faced by managing director in the business firm and implementation of the

operations of business in the firm as they are facing troubles because of cultural difference as
they are recruiting diversified employees. For the overcoming of these issues and troubles Mr.
Jacob has implemented the various changes like preparing schedules aiding in efficient
utilization of the resources. It should be keep on track the standards of accounting so they may
measure the variation in the profits constantly. Mr. Jacob has included the hierarchical and
conventional structure of the firm leading in delay of decision making and preparation which is
being transformed in the flat structure of the company. It aids the worker in working supple
surroundings leading to the developing of the mindsets in unique and creative way. Stringency
in the surroundings results in decrease in productivity and effectivity of the individual which
should be altered by giving flexibility leading to the greater efficiency of employees in the
firm. Mr. Jacob should develop the strategies which leads to the attraction of the employees
behaviour and customers so they may earn more profits in a efficient and cots effective manner.

Mr. Jacob may face challenges and difficulties while the recommendations execution a
