INTRODUCTION
Jobs international limited is a multinational organization which operates in the market of United
Kingdom and India. The company is a family owned organization which was established in India
in the year 1998 (Baker-Shelley, Van Zeijl-Rozema and Martens, 2020). It provide various
advisers to the Indians who wants to work in United Kingdom and recruit various persons from
India to work in the organizations of United Kingdom. There are several problems which are
recently faced by Indian branch of job international limited and the major shareholder of the
company that is David Jacob needs to handle this situation in in effective manner. David Jacob
who handles the Indian branch of the company the time when the business is developing in India.
When he shows that the form in India is completely stablished then he moved back to the office
in London. In order to analyze all the problems Jacob decided to appoint a consultant. This report
contains several recommendations which are provided to Mr. Jacob in order to proceed their
activities in the Indian branch of job international limited. It also provides several steps which
needs to be taken to take action on the basis of consultancy report provided by the consultant full
stop for that it contains an action plan to turn the drastic situation in good one within 6 months
by the managing director of the company and introduce their business into more countries that is
North America and Australia.
Task 1
As a consultant of the company how Mr. Jacob should proceed
The consultant which was appointed by Mr. Jacob to identify the problems in Jobs
International (India) limited has created a proper report which will help Mr. Jacob to take several
actions for the benefit of the organization. The consultant has analyzed various problems from
both the sides that is from employees and the managing director. The consultation has observed
that there are several problems in the organization which requires a proper management. In order
to transform and change behavior of employees in the organization Mr. Jacob should take several
steps which can help in a proper management in the organization. The steps which are
recommended by the consultant to Jacob for the development of the organization are given
below:

Change of attitude of managing director of the company: It has been observed that the
managing director of the company is also very rigid in their leadership (Bohunovsky, Radinger-
Peer and Penker, 2020). According to the situation leadership theory illusion used to change their
leadership styles according to the situation they are facing in different organizations. Apart from
this the managing director should also understand that changes needs time and it cannot be
happen with a click only. They should understand a proper process of changes in the
organization and try to make the changes with a little flexibility.
Change attitude of employees towards Authority: As employees have a great respect for Mr.
Jack of they should take various measures which helps the organization to change the attitude of
employees towards the higher authority. In the recent years the steps of higher authority has
make employees brewed with them and employees are not able to trust to the higher authority. It
is very essential for Mr. Jacob to work in the direction which helps the organization to change
the attitude of their employees towards the higher authority and make them assure that
organization will not do anything in against of them (Calvin, 2020).
Feedback and Guest lecture with employees: Mr. Jacob should take a guest lecture with all the
employees together which will help them to maintain a good coordination between them and
understand their problem which they are facing in the organization. It is essential to take
feedback from the employees as it will help Mr. Jacob to take effective actions for the benefits of
the organization. Guest lecture of Mr. Jacob will also help the organization to make employees
understand that things changes when an organization expense. As employees are the one who is
providing productivity to the organization and they should know the real position of the company
to feel connected with it and take several measures in favor of the company.
Obstacles Mr. Jacob will face to implement the recommendations and the ways to overcome
them
It was easy to recommend all the steps to Mr. Jacob but in order to apply it in real life
there are several obstacles which were faced by Mr. Jacob. But as an effective leader Mr. Jacob
of have several ways to overcome the obstacles of real-life. Jacob has achieved a good
experience in the field of entrepreneur that they have a great experience to deal with several
obstacles which came between the business and its profitability (Carvalho, 2020). The various
