Discussion of the results of the survey
In the context of training, the truck drivers need effective training opportunities to get
engaged with the top management and for communicating effectively with them. In the context
of the roles and responsibilities there should be negotiations to be done with the employees and
the unions. There is the promotion of the understanding of the organizational strategic goals in
the first quarter of the financial year to be envisaged.
No the employees do not trust the change management process and the management to do
the work effectively and efficiently. The job performance of the truck drivers are measured with
the identification of the training needs which is the goal for the company in this financial year.
The goal of the company is to provide recognition for their outstanding performance which
includes the bonuses for exceeding the targets set, the advancement in their designations and the
leadership opportunities to be provided. The measurement of retaining the existing employees
more than the newly hired external truck drivers is also useful for measuring the performance of
Fast Truck Couriers Ltd.
No the leadership is not so adequate and it does not inspire confidence among the truck
drivers and the stakeholders involved in this company. Yes with the revised communication plan
developed by the company, it is clear and two way. Yes there are clear and effective procedures
to be followed by the truck drivers and the stakeholders for working effectively in Fast Truck
Couriers.
