Personalisation refers to the phenomenon of thinking about a person as an individual who have unique set of strengths, aspirations, preferences and arranging them in the centre of procedure of determining the needs of individuals. In other words, it refers to the process of addressing the aspirations and requirements of entire community for ensuring that each person has access to the right to information, advice and advocacy for the purpose of making good decisions regarding the support they require (Solomon, 2019). The concept of personalization is becoming intensely popular in the healthcare industry. Healthcare organizations are increasingly offering personalized services. National Health Service (NHS) has been focusing on formulating and offering its services keeping in minds, the needs of different individuals.It facilitates asystem for commissioners and health services providers in ensuring a joined-up approach. It also offers access to better quality, highly responsive and flexible health care. Multi-agency working is concerned with facilitation of smooth response to individuals who have complex and multiple requirements. For serving the multiple needs of different individuals, it is necessary for the health care organizations to work in collaboration. This multi- agency working is considered as an effective way of supporting young people, children, families who have excess requirements of care and assisting them in securing actual improvements in their lives. Multi-agency working could engage any person who are either through their job or voluntarilyassociatedwithchildren,familiesoryoungpeoplewithlearningdisabilities. However, the tendency is more to include the people who have professional backgrounds in social work, education, health, youth justice etc. Since, every individual or group of individuals are different from one another and because of that arrangement of multi-agency team or panel changes from case to case (Harris and White, 2018). There are various of models of multi-agency working, and they are broadly classified into three broad categories. First one is multi-agency panel wherein practitioners remained employed by their agency. These practitioners meet as a network on a continuous basis or create a panel for the purpose of discussing the additional needs of children who could be benefited by the workings/inputs of such multi-agency.

The multi- agency working offers benefits to young people with learning disabilities, families and children as they get highly personalized services that satisfies their needs in the most effective manner possible. It helps in early intervention and identification, it facilitates rapid access to the integrated health care services or expertise. Moreover, it offers better support for guardians and parents, high quality services are facilitated to the childrenwith learning disabilities and their additional needs are more effectively addressed. These benefits are possible because of the integration of expertise services of various medical practitioners which offers the much-needed multi health care services for supporting the children and young people. Moreover, multi-agency working is highly effective in preventing the vulnerable young people from abuse and harm. Sound policies and procedures for sharing information between these multi-agencies can result into greater result in preventing the young people who are suffering from abuse in the care homes. Further, it is required that such information should not be shared by these agencies rather they should analyse it and use it in formulating more effective and better social and health care practises (How does multi-agency working decrease the risk of abuse andneglect,2016).

It is important to have an effective team where the members of team support the decisions of the members because from having an effective team it provides so many unique knowledge and skills which moves the whole team to forward. There are so many qualities which has been needed for making an effective team such as effective communication, understanding, efforts, diversification, supporting each other, organising management and truly focus on the goals and objectives of the company. From not having the proper guidance and support it directly affects the mental health of the individual. Environment of the effective team always promotes a positive atmosphere around the team and their members where it easily fosters the relations and loyalty(Bookey‐Bassett and et.al., 2017.). Working in a team is much more important because it increases the abilities and also gives the spirit to perform together which comes in growth and development of the individuals and organisation as well. It is necessary to have an effective team because it motivates and increases the morale of the adult and support them in their decision which makes and feel them good. Effective team helps in solving the problems of individuals and also making the collaboration with other and team as well. There are so many activities which has been conducted for supporting the adult in the team with the severe the learning difficulties and mental health as well in working with the services users. From, having an effective team members it really supports the adults with severe difficulties in learning because positive environment of the team make a healthier environment and make positive mentality. An illness of mentality is generally the conditions which affect the mind set of the person such as the thinking, moods and feeling(Boynton and et.al., 2016). In those conditions it affected the ability typo relating the functions and others. Lifestyle and environment also influence others for developing the conditions of the mental health. It is
necessary to support adults because they take time to understand other team members and there are lots if time ineffective affects the mental health of the adults and it directly affects their health. From paring with each others in team contributing in the well-being of the person and also contributing in the happiness of the individuals(Taylor, 2015). It also helps the adults to building the confidence & self-esteem as well. From working with other with collaboration it easily it reduces so many risks and also support the decisions of adults. Effective team member's helping each other for learning and make them understand when something is more difficult about anything. It improves the culture of the organization and also it decreases the rate of mental illness. Some times from heavy workload and lots of pressure it affects the health of the individuals, stress the, depression and disturbed their mind set which is not good for them to working in the future(Wagner and et.al., 2017). It is also necessary to having the collaboration with the team and services user because team sees the values for working together for achieving the common goals and objectives. They have the meaningful reason for working together because it increases their understanding and feel them comfortable with others. Collaboration with others provides each and every team members the equal opportunity for communicating and participating and exchange the ideas and thoughts with each other. it is very important at workplace for having the collaboration with others because its not easy to make good relation with others and communicate with others(Lilly, and Katz, 2016). This is a holistic approach wherein all the key factors are considered which potentially affects the behaviour of a person and recommends strategies for dealing with it and teaches new skills. It is useful in addressing the issues ranging from anger, tantrums, learning disabilities. Increasing communication with the young people bearing this disability can be passed on to the people working with such individuals as it can really help in treating them effectively.
