INTRODUCTION
Communication means to sharing ideas and thoughts between two and more
people for the purpose of sharing information. This is the process of
sending and receiving ideas through verbal and nonverbal communication.
This is important for all people to have a clear transmission of thoughts so
all activities and business performance can be complete in certain period of
time. This presentation is about oral communication that help to give
response effectively.

Oral communication –
 Oral communication is consider as a continuous process of expressing ideas
and information by word of mouth. In this, information are share and
transmitted by oral method that helps to get instant answer through oral way.
This can be either formal or informal where transmissions of information are
shared in speaking way. This is important for business where all information
are transmitted in an effective form where managers and employees can share
information orally and maintain the good performance. This normally
represents some form of conversation that generally happens in the words
spoken

This is important for organisation to build a strong rapport and
communication between colleagues. The advantages of oral
communication are as defined:

Me: Hii! I am _Josheh Lisa . In the last week, I placed an order of some products which I have not
received yet. While placing order, a kind of promise regarding delivery on time done by from
your side. But, it was not completed as you said. I needed to ask from customer care executive
regarding delivery of my parcel why it is noy delivered yet?
Customer Care Department: Hii! Greetings for the day Ma'am/Sir. Firstly I am sorry for your
inconvenience as you are facing late delivery problems. As per our organisation’s policy we are
ensuring you that you will received your product definitely and it will be delivered in 3 days. Let
me check the reason behind not delivering your product on specified time. Will you please give
me your details like number and id so I can check and inform you properly.
Me: Sure! 4536541145365
Customer Care Department: After checking, I want to inform you that due to heavy rain and stuck
in traffic we are delaying in delivery of your selected product. As per current status it has been
dispatched and you will receive it asap.
Me: Whatsoever the reason is , order is placed by me just because of your organisation’s policy and
based on the trust and confidence that you have given to all. I am seriously disappointed for not
sharing this information and late delivery of my order as I already mentioned that if there is
chances to late delivery then inform me.

CONCLUSION
As per the above mentioned report, it has been concluded
that if contact happens, give message encodes using
preferred means. Email or information is decoded by
receiver side, and then responses are recovered using
comparative mode after managing of information.
Determine correspondence is the term used by the client
to examine the mechanism of communication within
corporations.
