INTRODUCTION
Communication means to sharing ideas and thoughts between two and more
people for the purpose of sharing information. This is the process of
sending and receiving ideas through verbal and nonverbal communication.
This is important for all people to have a clear transmission of thoughts so
all activities and business performance can be complete in certain period of
time. This presentation is about oral communication that help to give
response effectively.

Oral communication –
Oral communication is consider as a continuous process of expressing ideas
and information by word of mouth. In this, information are share and
transmitted by oral method that helps to get instant answer through oral way.
This can be either formal or informal where transmissions of information are
shared in speaking way. This is important for business where all information
are transmitted in an effective form where managers and employees can share
information orally and maintain the good performance. This normally
represents some form of conversation that generally happens in the words
spoken
