INTRODUCTION Community engagement is the process of working together in group of people that are come from different geographical area. Many partners, agencies and institutions are involved in the community engagement. The communities collaborate with different sectors of the economy such as health, research etc (What is community engagement,2019). Present study will be based on the Nviro Cleaning company that provides many services like washroom, routine cleaning etc. It gives a different cleaning experience to the customers. Report will include the size, structure, goals, mission, vision and values of the company. It will include SWOT and PESTLE analysis of the industry and role of employees in the organisation. Further more it will include importance of training and development and skills and knowledge that is required to carry out the organisation. MAIN BODY Size, structure, goals , mission and values of Nviro cleaning company Nviro cleaning company is operating in the cleaning sector. It provides many services to its customers like washroom, routine cleaning. It also provides its services in the education sector It measures its performance through Key Performance Indicator. The size of the company is the medium size industry that operates in the UK. Flat organisation structure is followed in the Nviro company as in this structure there are fewer levels of management in the company. As Nviro is a medium sized enterprise there are few numbers of employees working. The employees can directly contact to its manager in this type of organizational structure (Baldus, Voorhees and Calantone, 2015). The goal of the company is to provide the best quality services to it customers and providing products in the affordable price. The objective of the company is provide sustainability to its customers. The company's success is depended on the customer satisfaction. It aims in achieving the growth in the company and to maintain the stability. Mission of the company is to provide the environmental friendly products. The job they are providing are stable that means it aims to lower retention rate. Values of the company is to give respect and integrity to their clients and constantly increasing the quality and efficiency of the work. It value the honesty and punctuality. Contribute to people by improving there surroundings by providing quality services. 1
Customers and there expectations The customers of the company are household, hospitals, hostels and different educational institutions (Hollebeek, Juric and Tang, 2017).They expect quality goods and services from the organisation. They want that the product will not harm the health of the people in different sectors. The organization of employees must have proper knowledge and experience of working in the industry. They believe that qualified employees are working in the organisation. The customers expect that they will get the best product as compared to the other company so that they will not have to shift to other company. They also want that the company is providing the regular customer services so that they don't have to face any difficulty while using the goods and services of Nviro company. They want that the company must ask for the feedback that the product it offered. As customers are the king of the market they want the product that will satisfy the needs and wants of it. Employees will be communicative so that they can serve the customers the best product. There is consistency in the quality of products (Bandy, 2016). As nowadays online marketing is at the top most services that is being provided by every company so the consumer expects that Nviro is also providing its products online so that more customers are attracted towards it. They expect that the money they invest in the product will be worth paying and they don't feel like they wasted their money in buying the product of this company. SWOT and PESTLE analysis SWOT analysis This analysis is done to identify the strength, weakness, opportunities and the external threat for the company. Strength The company is operating in more than twenty countries with satisfied customer. It has highly skilled people that provides the best cleaning services to its customers. As it is the well known company in the UK market. The main strength is that it is providing affordable products. Weakness The company is not able to provide proper training to its employees and due to which the employees remain less skilled. Economic Factors Change in the exchange rate of the country will affect the import and export from different countries and there is no growth in the economy. Social Factors Different countries is having different attitude and beliefs that will have impact on the company. As lifestyle of the people also affect the company's operation. Technological Factors Change in the technology will impact the quality of the product. As different country is using different technological process in the manufacturing of the product. Environmental Factors Due to changes in climatic condition the business operation may affect of the company. Legal Factors As laws and regulations are different so that will have an impact on the business operations. Role of an employee in the organisation and how it will help in achieve the goal There are different roles of an employee in the organisation as to work effectively and efficiently in the company. As in Nviro company it's the role of an employee to provide the quality product to the customers and provide good services so that they will not come with the complaints. They help in increasing the productivity of the company. Employee must have to 3
decrease the employee turnover in the company by enhancing the employee engagement activities in the company. It's the role of an employee of cleaning company to maintain the consistent quality of product. Employees help in achieving the goal of the Nviro company by providing the quality product to its customer. By providing best services to the customers helps in achieving the goal of the company (Cohen, 2017).As company's goal is to provide the environmental friendly products to the customer that will help in attracting the customer towards the company. As being a cleaning company it's the duty of the employees to see that the surrounding will be clean. Training and development and its importance Training and development is an approach of an organisation that will help in the development of an employee. By providing the training to the employees there skills are improved that will help in the growth of the company. The purpose of the training and development is to grow the skills of the employees so that it will help in the growth of the companies. In Nviro also proper training is given to the employees for the enhancement of the employees so that their skills are upgrading time to time (Larsen, 2017). Importance of training and development Training and development plays an important role in the company as it helps in improving the employee performance. Employee who has given the proper training are more able to perform the job effectively and efficiently. Employee morale and satisfaction increases through which training creates a supportive workplace. It reduces the employee turnover in the company. As Nviro is providing training and development progamme to the employees so that there skills are upgrading according to their work (Jaber and et. al., 2015). Role and its importance Housekeeping role is to be selected from the Nviro cleaning company. The purpose of housekeeping is to maintain the cleanliness in the surrounding and it also involves maintenance of cleaning equipment. Housekeeping plays an important role in the cleaning company as there role is to keep the work area neat and clean. It deals with the cleanliness of the company. As Nviro is a cleaning company the role of the housekeeping is not only just cleanliness but also have to look upon the equipment that are being used in the cleanliness (Clarke and Higgs, 2016). An effective housekeeping helps in improving the operation of the company. If the environment is neat and clean then employees are also working with the happy mood. Good 4

As Nviro is a cleaning and chemicals are used in the making the cleaning products so prevention is necessary at that time (Dodson, Kitburi, and Berge, 2015). Skills and knowledge required for housekeeping role Housekeeping person have to bear all the skills that is necessary for this role in the company. It has the ability to take initiative to do work effectively and efficiently. It must possess the skill that it has an ability to remain clam in the stressful situation if any work pressure is there it has to complete the work don't get panic in such situation. Housekeeper has to pay attention to the details that they have to fill on the daily basis. They are flexible in changing their shift it depends on its senior in which shift it has to come (Bohari, Hin and Fuad, 2017). There must be knowledge of the human resource and the employment law of the company. It must have the knowledge of using the innovating equipment. Able to use the new equipment that are being used for the cleanliness. Always ready to accept the order that is assist for the housekeeping. It is having the record of giving the good quality product for cleanliness. If the housekeeper are properly trained then they will do the work effectively and efficiently in the company (Gürel and Tat, 2017).Proper training is to be given for using the innovative equipment for cleanliness in the company. Development of the housekeeper is necessary as it maintains the cleanliness in the company so that employee feels good and working effectively and efficiently. CONCLUSION From the above study it can be concluded that maintaining the cleanliness in the company is the important part for improving the working condition of the employees. As household, hostels, educational institution are the customers of the cleaning company. Training and development of the employees plays a vital role in the organisation. External factors also affect the working of the company. Satisfying the needs and wants of the customer also plays a crucial role in the company. Swot and pestle analysis helps in analyzing the external factors and the strength, weakness of the company. Providing online marketing services to the customer help the company in growing and customers are more attracted that leads to increase in the profitability. It is observed from the above study maintaining cleanliness enhances the growth area in the company. 6
