for this work so they enhancing community engagement programmes as well as achieving
organisation goal and objectives. It involves developing the brand image in the market place as
well as in the mind of customers.
Further recommendation refers to organisation conducting meeting seminars, training
session and conference which result as enhancing the skill of employees so serves the best
service for customers as well as society. It involves utilising various promotional tools such as
social media platform which helps to increasing community engagement. There are ample
numbers social media platform such as what’s app, instagram, YouTube and many other so
promoting products and services effectively and efficiently (Roberts, 2018).

often organisation is very effective in improving the wellbeing of children and make their life

happier as well as healthier. In addition to this the organisation actively work within the
partnership for community engagement and takes different initiatives that help in engaging

societies. It is recommended to the organisation that it should give employees training as well as
