INTRODUCTION
Community engagement is wider and broader concept which refers to organisation
effectively adapting most of business in order to achieving organisation goal and objectives
which refers to top level of management formulated various strategies which helps to enhancing
profitability and productivity of company. It involves various approaches which are essential for
professional in order to career development of employees as well as HR department and
management of company conducting training programmes for employees in order to enhancing
their skill and knowledge and they performing business activity and functions effectively and

various community engagement programmes which result as conducting various social
programmes for society as well as organisation conducting training session for employees in

necessary for employees in order to improving performance as well as increasing effectiveness
of organisation as well as social community programmes. There are ample numbers of
