Fostering a collaborative environment to address the internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats seen within ACPL. Furthermore I would also like to acknowledge with much appreciation the crucial role of the staff of ACPL, who gave the permission to use all required equipment and the necessary materiasl to complete the report. Critically analyzing the internal workings of the firm, this report presents a SWOT analysis to reveal an identification of the internal strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats seen within ACPL.
