ABSTRACTArithmetic Logical Unit was the major part of the processing unit in all the devices that arecapable to perform the logical as well as arithmetic operations. In this report the detailed overview ofthe simple 8- bit processor was studied. The key functions of the ALU was studied. By the appropriatemethod all the required needs of the CPU was identified. Then the 8-bit processor was developed by theaid of required tools and techniques. Then the test was carried out to check the functionality of thedesigned CPU.
