the factors which are affecting Marriott development. Critically, examine the key strategies
operational issues which involve in the effective management. It throw-light on the menu
planning considerations for conference and banqueting events (Bouchon and Konar, 2017).
Additionally, assess the ergonomic considerations for conference and banquet so that best results
can be attained in the market.
