The organisation chosen for this assignment is Inter ContinentalGroup which operates its business in hospitality sector. It is a British inter-national hospitalityorganisation which headquartered is situated in Denham, England. IHG is operating theirbusiness operations in Asia, Europe and Korea. This reports covers the business that are operateunder hospitality industry. Moreover essential skills that are needed to complete the role inservice sector. At last PESTLE and SWOT will be covered in context of hospitality industry forthis report.P1 Types of business that operates in Hospitality industryEntertainment industry- In the hospitality sector entertainment industry is a key categorywhich determines that it is the most important business activity of hospitality business. Thisfactors relates to entertain guest or customers.
