The below report is based on The Stafford hotel (Lugosi and Jameson, 2017). It is in St. James place situated in London. It involves what may be the oldest wine cellar in London. It provides many services like proper management of events. The report includes kinds of business organizations in hospitality industry, sequence of operational and functional departments, contribution in all the economies, interrelationship, licensing and franchising contracts, diverse operational roles, skill gaps within the hotel sector and its impact. MAIN BODY Abundant types of business in hospitality organization and different products that are offered In accordance with hotel industry there are several ways of goods and services through which all business activities are carried out and at the same point of time they get engaged with all the customers.
