Standards for project management and its framework is a set of

decisions and maintain the quality of the same by utilising the pre-set
rules.

impact on Commercial Negotiation?
The project manager is responsible for providing guidance to the
negotiator representing the procurement team. Therefore, the
guidance that the project manager provides is also dependent on the
management standards as well as the framework.
3. How would the impact on Commercial Negotiation be influenced by
Project Management Maturity?
The project management maturity of an organization is based on its
goals and objectives along with the capital that it can invest. Therefore,
such parameters would directly affect the commercial negotiation of
the organization. An organization that has attained maturity would
negotiate more than the organizations that is yet to mature.

Yes, I do think that the PraXitioner is the next generation approach to
project management.

The unit has definitely aided me in developing an idea on how to
become a PraXitioner.
8. Do you think that there will be a future shortage of good PraXitioner’s
in Commercial Negotiation situations?
Yes, there might be shortages of high valued PraXitioner as they require
hands o project experience to shape up their policies and the current
market is more focussed on theoretical discussion rather than
implementing the ideas.
9. If so then how do you think they should be trained?
They must be trained to apply their developed in ideas in practical
situation as it would help them to understand and analyse the gravity
of the ideas and the situation.
10. Would the outcomes be impacted by a need for probity and
governance in Government Commercial Negotiation situations?
Yes, as discussed in a past week’s portfolio, the governance and probity
would have a positive impact on the commercial negotiations with the
government.

However, there are times when RBP might instead create problems for
the procurement team as they are limited to only one vendor due to
relationship boundaries.

Yes, the ideas do aid me I creating a more refined approach to
commercial negotiation.

negotiation and therefore it is related to the past weeks topics.

The thoughts of the authors in this week’s topic is very remotely
related. This is because the authors discuss about project management
