CHAPTER- 5 CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
5.1 Conclusion
It can be concluded from the present study that greater number of respondents receive
induction training when joined the firm. This reflects that companies are involved in carrying out
induction program for the sake of increasing familiarity among the personnel towards the
business and the work that is being performed as well. Further it has been explored that
socialization with colleagues and managers part of induction process. They feel so because of the
reason that with the assistance of socialization employees are able to develop sound relationship
with people whom they will report and who is their boss. It has been determined that company is
engaged in offered professional training. This implies that firm is involved in carrying out
professional training that assist in increasing skills of the personnel to a greater extent. Training
and development program is very effective for developing the skills required in job. This is due
to the reason that with such the person is able to learn the manner in which the job task can be
done in an effective manner. Thus attainment of the target is ensured. It has been inferred from
the present study that training assist in increasing the relationship among the employees at
workplace. This is due to the reason that when the employees are trained the they perform in an
effective manner which enhances their relationship thus the work performance can be carried out
in an effective manner.
5.2 Recommendation
In this section several recommendations are being provided to the BPO companies. This
is for the sake of enhancing the employee relation to a greater extent. This is being suggested to
the business to determine the actual need of the employees and then offer training to them. This
results in bringing enhancement within their work performance and builds sound relationship as
well. Along with this it is suggested to the business to work upon enhancing the skills of the
employees so they are motivated to work in the firm with greater effectiveness. In the present era
in order to survive in the market it is important that company possess highly skilled personnel so
that they are able to win the competition prevailing in the market. Thus it is recommended to
company to bringing improvement in the manner training is offered so that predetermined goals
are achieved. Also it is essential that decision is taken on the type of training that needs to be
offered to personnel so that quality of work can be enhanced.
