INTRODUCTION Ideal job is related to job that assist in bringing satisfaction as well as mode of attainment within particular person (Mejia and et.al., 2016). In other words, ideal job refers to kind of job within that individual person can grow, flourish and develop within their professional life. In this report ideal job role is human resource manager who play important role within working of an organisation as well as also work for welfare of staff members. This report will going to cover ideal job role along with job description and specification. MAIN BODY a) Ideal job After completion my graduation, I want to work as an HR manager within organisation. Human resource manager is my ideal job for that I made lots of effort as well as taking initiates for improving my skills as well as knowledge. Moreover, all my skills are effective and will going to helpme in working as an Human Resource manager effectively.Through my knowledge I will able to gain positive outcomes according to the job position. b) Job description for the role In an organisation Human Resource manager is responsible for development of several policies in relation of employees, managing staff members and many more (Yong and et. al., 2019). Along with this, HR manager provide training as well as development session to staff members and hire suitable candidate for vacant job position. There are numerous duties, roles and responsibilities which have to be fulfilled by HR manager within organisation as it will help them in accomplishing their goals as well as objectives. In addition to this, it has been said that main role of respective manager is to design proper training and development programs for staff members as per their requirement which will help in enhancing their skills and knowledge. Moreover, for newly hired employees manager conduct induction session for making them familiar with working environment as well as provide knowledge to them in relation of their job role (Stewart and Brown, 2019). Furthermore, duty of human resource manager is to record and produce strategies as well as policies with the motive of reducing employees turnover ratio and absenteeism ration. In addition to this, it is also important for Human resource manager to make sure that each and every activity within company is conducted in ethical manner. Such practices 1
