It helps in identifying the effects of own emotions on the other people andalso leads in getting the knowledge of the emotional strengths and weaknesses of the individuals.The report will define the impact of own emotions on others at the workplace, promoting thedevelopment of emotional intelligence and to using it effectively to maximise the outcomes ofthe team.
