required such as recruitment, Training and development(Rycroft and Strunin, 2013). But the
most signification skill required are interpersonal and communication skill effective working
environment. Humans resource mane is the person who will retain the employee in the
organisation and increase the turnover with their correct skills and knowledge to hire the
candidates. Compensation and other advantage have the important role in the firm to attract new
candidates as well existing employees. As the HR manager doesn't have this knowledge and skill
than it is possible to get loss in the organisation in terms of employee will leave frequently. It is
important for the human resource manager to update and take knowledge of all the current
practice of human resource in the industry.

For the human resource manager it requires the effective education and training with the
correct knowledge. Training knowledge required to teach the employee for high performance in
the organisations. But to give training required the huge cost and human resource is the person
who boost the employee productivity with right knowledge sharing and experience of various
filed will help to give better training.
Performance measurement will be done in a creativity and time consuming activity. But the HR
manager will develop manpower with training and development sessions. Form the
communication skill is in the training required the most important aspect to influence employees
for the high performance in the organisation. It required the human resource manager to build
relation with the employees to achieve the objectives.
