INTRODUCTIONThis report is based on the development of individual, team and organisation. This reportwill focus on the different roles of Human resource management in whirlpool. This report also describes the different skills of human resource managersuch as communication, positive behaviour, attractive etc. apart from this, report also explainedthe development plan. Moreover, it also gives the difference between organisation and individuallearning, training and development. Development and trainings plays a huge role in themotivation. Through the trainings' organisation can motivate their employees and can enhancetheir performance. Through the motivation whirlpool can improve its business in effectivemanner. Apart from this report also focused on the importance of continuous learning. To getthe success, individual has to examine his or her personal skill on regular basis.
