Many businesses such as Hightown Housing has one objective that is to
improve the performance of the company on both the basis that is short
term and long term. Businesses works on the approach that for the short
period they will keep their performance solid and for the long period
they will work on it as constant so that they can sustain in the
environment that is competitive. High performance working is enabled
when the employees of the company are not satisfied and their
performance is low then HPW is enabled to support these activities
