INTRODUCTIONIn every organisation the performance of individual and team have impact positively ornegatively on the growth of company in economy. Through the achievements of organisation'sgoals and objective, manager can achieve their best result through team or individual. Theperformance management is core element for effective human resource in organisation. Anyorganisation can achieve success and growth if their employee's performance graph is inincreasing form (Katzenbach and Smith, 2015). The company should find out the need of thebusiness which help to determine the need of improvement in the performance of employees aswell as organisation. The present report is about, the various skills, knowledge and behaviour ofpeople which is required necessary for growth of HR. Also, discussed about several factorswhich is considered by organisation while providing learning or development programs to theiremployees to improve their performance in organisation so, that they can give best affords intheir work and task.TASKP1. Appropriate skills and knowledge required by HR professionalsA fundamental skill for HR professionals is to establish, every things done in appropriatemanner through the available tools and resources in organisation and also find out thedevelopment gap. HR professionals need to realize the existing attitude, skills and knowledge ofemployees with the state of desired knowledge and skills. By understanding difference betweenboth desired skill or existing skill HR professionals can identify the development gap within theorganisation and then take some action to provide learning and development programs to theiremployees to achieve target in specific time period (Brown and Harvey, 2011). To evaluatelearning and development need in organisation HR can take many forms. Human resourcemanagement play very important role in growth and development of organisation because theyplay very important or broader role by hiring suitable candidate in organisation. As HR, management includes recruitment and selection of employees and also theirdevelopment within the organisation. There is line managers involve in the process of humanresource professionals as they are not carried out all process exclusively. Manager should bevery polite and clam in nature while recruiting and selecting the people for the job becausehumans are very emotional and complex in nature (Bolman and Deal, 2017).
