The development of the company totally count on the implementation of the individuals, teams and
behaviour which assist in the whole productivity of the firm. The method enhancing the performance
and productivity is the key solution to resolve any challenges and issues regarding it.
Growth of the staff in the organisation refers to improve the ability of the employee in accordance
to its performance. This can efficaciously support in the achievement of the targets and goals of the
firm. The evolution of the organisation, team and an individual is counting on each other in
accordance to improve the effectiveness of all of them. This can ultimately result in growth of the
organisation as well as of a person. Besides, the performance of the firm promote the workers in
accordance to improve the productivity to attain the goals and tasks of the company. In the
organisation, it should be inevitably to the sense of influence and bond among each other in
accordance to work as a group. The following report is based on the firm, Hamsley, which operates in
selling of toys. It was founded in 1760 by William Hamsley and the company operates at the Noah's
Ark. The following report will cover the appropriate knowledge, skills and behaviour which are
