capturing opportunities and making strategies for making themselves save from the future

their own performance and be self motivated for their own better performance in the
organisation.
AC3.2 justification of management decision
Being an operational manager, I will make decision regarding providing the job
satisfaction to the employees so that they can work with more efficiency and potential. For this
purpose, I adopt Maslow's motivation theory.
As per Maslow's theory, first I have to satisfy basic physiological needs of the individuals
i.e. food, shelter, cloths and other necessities along with providing them a healthy working
environment. For example, providing them fix amount of salary, providing medical insurance
of the individual, etc. Unless the individual will safe within the organisation, he would not work
with his full efficiency.
After providing basic security to employees, they want to get social security for example
getting desirable friendship in the society, having dominant position, etc. Ego need arises after
satisfaction of social needs i.e. improving their self esteem in the society from the job, getting in
independence, etc.
After satisfaction of all the needs, an individual needs to maximise his own skills and
abilities. I can motivate all the employees for performing their task efficiently without getting
any extra pay.
