INTRODUCTION
Learning is an essential and important process for every individual for their overall
development. With the help of learning, individual will be able to enhance their current skills and
knowledge so that they can attain their personal as well as organisational goals in an effective
manner. In every educational institutions, it is essential for the teachers to provide proper and
effective knowledge and information to their students which will assist them various
opportunities in future. Learning process is important as it helps in grabbing various
opportunities available at the competitive environment. Education is the essential right of an
individual as it helps them in enhancing their current knowledge and skills which as a result
build their confidence and help them in taking effective decisions in future. The present
assignment assist in enhancing and developing capabilities as well as abilities in order to present
their opinion effectively. In the present report, various behaviour management theories are going
to be explained in detail. In addition to this, the present report includes discussion on the
application of pedagogical principles. Along with this, in the present report teaching plan along
with different practices are going to be enforced according to the need of the students of business
management.

this, it is also very important to motivate others through teaching individuals. This as a result,

2016). Criticism – Apart from motivation, criticism is also an important factor which is required
within teachers as well as in students while teaching students. It has been analysed that

and students both. Therefore, it is important to have criticism principle within the teacher
in order to perform their work effectively and develop learning skills in individuals.
 Direction of activity – Apart from motivation and criticism, direction of activity plays
very important role as teachers and tutors are the one who give directions to the students
in order to attain a specific goal in an effective manner. This is essential for a teacher to
provide proper guidance and direction to the students as with the help of effective
directions students will be able to perform their task in an effective manner as well as
according to the requirements. Therefore, it is required by the teachers to provide
directions to the students and learners (Bellotti and et. al., 2013).

knowledge to the students. It is very essential for the educator or teacher to bring unique and
latest techniques so that it will look attractive and easy for the learner to learn new things
effectively.
Teaching in creative and attractive manner is not the only factor which is needed for the
experts but it is one of the greatest thing which helps in bringing something new and innovative
within the classroom. Creative as well as innovative teacher might be capable enough in order to

difficult to fit in the lesson plan. As per me to adjust numeracy particularly in subjects of lesson
and then managing them in appropriate manner is a challenging task. In the cut throat
competitive world it has been studied that there are distinguished ways of selection through
which I can cover the minimum core element in my personal lesson . Here, in the open market
place there are several planning which are understood as under:
 Literacy is normally used for handouts and is presented in written home work. By doing

Reflection can be considered as a crucial strategy which is helpful for a person to reflect

and delivering and assessing the teachings. The most suitable theory which can be understood in
this context is Learning Cycle, it is a model which aims to identify the manner in which learning
is carried out through experiences. The learning criteria is identified in this approach which is
further helpful in obtaining extra learning.
Under this, learner conduct SWOT Analysis in order to determine its own strength and
weaknesses along with their opportunities to achieve growth in professional career as well as
threats which may hinder to achieve success. Using such analytical model, a learner will able to
identify the areas on which they need to worked on and improve their behaviour, attitude and

positive impact on their overall development of their own. Along with this, tutor also took their
formal self-appraisal which makes easy in analysing existing skills and capabilities of their
student according to their current performance level. Furthermore, collecting feedbacks from
others makes easy to make relevant decision to enhance own performance level.
7.2 Analyse ways to improve own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive
teaching and learning

There are several techniques and tools which can be used by the learner to improve their own
practices so that the learner can perform their task effectively that is learning and these ways are
described below-
 The presentation is the tool can be used to enhance the knowledge of the student and this
will increase the confidence level as presentation will be conducted among large number
of audience and it will help the student in increasing their communication skills.
 Learner can increase their knowledge through attending seminars and conferences. The
seminars and conferences is an effective tool used to create the listening power of the
learner in an effective and systematic manner which will benefit the learner in
understanding the issues or problems of their juniors and it will result in better
coordination.
 Getting feedback is an effective tool helps in creating the high performance level as
through asking them that how they are going to perform the function in the organisation.
After collecting the information opportunities are provide to the learner and they can gain
knowledge regarding the concept of learning and teaching. This is important for the
learner to learn about the assessing skills and teaching skills for betterment of
organisation.
CONCLUSION
As per the above discussed report, it can be concluded and summarised that it is very
important for an individual to use various creative and innovative tactics to became a successful
inclusive teacher. By using different kind of theories associated with behavioural management,
objectives and targets which are set by an individual can be attained in a timely and proper
manner. Learning is regarded as a vital aspect in the academic life of a learner or student as it
benefits the individual in incorporating various learning approaches. This will benefits them in
long run practices by improving their knowledge level. In this process, teacher has a major
contribution as they benefits the students in improving their interpersonal skills along with
learning skills in an efficient manner. This is only possible by implementing different ideas and
procedures. Under these procedures, different concepts takes important position in deciding
which learning models are beneficial for students so that high learning opportunities can be
grabbed in a proper manner.
