7.2 Analyse ways to improve own practice in planning, delivering and assessing inclusive
teaching and learning
There are several techniques and tools which can be used by the learner to improve their own
practices so that the learner can perform their task effectively that is learning and these ways are
described below-
The presentation is the tool can be used to enhance the knowledge of the student and this
will increase the confidence level as presentation will be conducted among large number
of audience and it will help the student in increasing their communication skills.
Learner can increase their knowledge through attending seminars and conferences. The
seminars and conferences is an effective tool used to create the listening power of the
learner in an effective and systematic manner which will benefit the learner in
understanding the issues or problems of their juniors and it will result in better
coordination.

through asking them that how they are going to perform the function in the organisation.

knowledge regarding the concept of learning and teaching. This is important for the
