INTRODUCTION
Learning is necessary for each and every person because it assist in enhancing skills as
well as knowledge which result in accomplishing desired goals of life. In educational institutions
it is the responsibility of teachers to give proper information to the students as per their
specialism. Education is right of particular person as well as important for an individual because
it helps in giving superior knowledge and capability which results in building up confidence
level and help in taking correct future decision (Bellotti and et. al., 2013). This assignment will
help in developing as well as developing abilities and capabilities for presenting actual views or
opinions. Teaching plan and other practices are implemented as per the requirement of business
management student.
TASK 1
1.1 Application of pedagogical principles
Pedagogy is the approach related to interaction within teachers, student as well as the
learning environment and the learning task. There are several principles of good pedagogical
some of these are as follows :- Motivation – it is the important factor which is required while teaching student, in
business management there are several such practices which cannot be performed if
teacher is not motivating (Bellotti and et. al., 2013). Thus, motivation is the important
pedagogical principle required while teaching. Criticism – There is requirement of criticisms within teacher and student at the time of
teaching because several things happened in the classroom which is not liked by educator
or student.
Direction of activity – Teacher is the one who give direction to the student related to
particular activity. Because without proper guidance things cannot be performed in
effective manner as per the requirement. Thus, it is important for teacher to give direction
to their learners.
